Agile Lead Opportunity
They are experiencing growth on their partnership team and need to hire two Agile folks to support the People leaders.
Day to Day: This is an Agile Lead that will help plan, execute, and deliver. They don’t just facilitate like a general Scrum Master, they need to be able to influence teams and leaders to understand issues and the delivery focus.
Must Haves:
- This person should come from a background where they have supported technology projects (PM/Product/BA etc.) and then moved into a Scrum Master role.
- Scrum Master with some management experience
- Jira/Confluence
- Strong Agile understanding (principles)
- SaFe experience (PI Planning, coordinating, and dependencies between teams)
- Understands technology from a broad sense
Soft Skills: Quick learner, train quickly, independent thinker
Nice to Haves:
- Jiralign
- Experience working in a cloud environment (Team does a lot of APIs, testing, pipelines etc.)
Is industry experience required? No- they are in the finance space (specifically credit card)
Required Skills: Previous Cap One experience preferred Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: 6 month contract to hire Background Check: Yes Notes: YSA Remote for now but must be located near these major areas: Remote for now (eventually hybrid – can sit out of any of their major locations: Boston, NY, Virginia, Plano TX, Chicago etc.)
