Credit and Collections Supervisor

SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner exclusively with PDU Cables on this newly created position as the company continues to scale and invest in building out its finance and accounting infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization at a pivotal stage and play a key role in helping support future growth. The Credit & Collections Supervisor will lead day-to-day credit and collections activities with a primary focus on timely cash collection, adherence to payment terms, and proactive customer account management. The majority of this role is centered around hands-on collections execution within a contractor and B2B customer environment, while also supporting credit decisioning, process improvements, and customer relationship management. This is a highly hands-on position where the individual will actively manage collections activity directly, in addition to supervising one direct report. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership to help drive accountability, improve cash flow visibility, strengthen customer relationships, and support scalable processes as the organization continues to grow.
