Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) or foreign equivalent
Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
At least two years of occupational therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve patient functions
Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
Complete evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy interventions and ensure communication of care plans
Complete comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines
Supervise assigned assistants and perform other job-related duties as assigned
