\n Northwest Medical Center is seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join its Hospitalist team in Tucson, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment within the largest healthcare system in Southern Arizona, offering flexible scheduling options and competitive hourly compensation.\n

Compensation\n

\n
• $80/hour – Day shifts
\n
• $85/hour – Mid shifts
\n
• $100/hour – Night shifts
\n

Position Highlights\n

• Flexible employment options: W-2 or 1099
\n
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN availability
\n
• 300-bed hospital setting
\n
• Annual inpatient volume: approximately 50,735 visits
\n
• Internal Medicine and Transitional Year Residency Programs
\n
• Cerner EMR system
\n
• Physician-led, collaborative hospitalist team
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)
\n
• Active Arizona license or ability to obtain
\n
• Hospitalist experience preferred
\n
