Line Cook

We are looking for a polite and friendly individual with a willingness to learn attitude. The individual should be punctual and reliable and able to complete basic food prepping tasks. The individual will be expected to prepare and cook food according to recipes. Line Cooks need to be able to handle a fast‑paced operation while embodying Love, Energy, and Food, and will play an essential role in contributing to guest satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in stocking and setting up kitchen stations. Prepping food including cleaning and cutting ingredients. Plating food according to menu builds. Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils at the end of shifts. Follow proper food and safety standards and regulations. Keep track of ingredient inventory and collaborate with other kitchen team members and management to reorder supplies. Skills Ability to work as a part of a team. Excellent interpersonal communications. Ability to convey information effectively. Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work.
