Residential Concierge – Job Description The Residential Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco & Private Residences assists residents and their guests with arrangements within and outside the hotel, ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional interactions that meet company policies and deliver maximum customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide accurate and courteous information to residents and guests. Fill resident requests and anticipate resident needs. Know and communicate activities available in the area, including theatre, arts, sports, and sightseeing tours, and establish close contacts to facilitate ticketing and reservations. Handle floor guest and vendor check‑ins and check‑outs. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two work rules and standards of conduct. Work harmoniously with co‑workers, supervisors, and outside contacts. Pre‑register, block, cancel, and secure future reservations following hotel policies. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes. Maintain the Residence Concierge desk, office, and storage areas in an orderly manner. Utilize the hotel computer system and phone system effectively. Qualifications Excellent customer service and guest contact skills. Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role; prior concierge experience preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to multi‑task, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
