Renew Home Health is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to bring skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Sherman area. In this PRN role, you'll complete assessments, manage care, and help patients heal where they're most comfortable — at home. What You'll Do As A Registered Nurse

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout the Sherman area
• Assess each patient's condition and update their plan of care
• Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered
• Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home
• Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians on each patient's care
• Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas RN license in good standing
• At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
• A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment
• A caring, patient-first attitude
