Overview: DatamanUSA is looking for a Human Resources Assistant 3 for our direct client based in TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a quick learner with excellent people skills. Job Details: Job Title: Human Resources Assistant 3 Location: Irving, TX Duration: 6+ months Basic Qualifications:
- ) Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience or a high school diploma and 6 years related experience.
- ) Knowledge and previous Human Resource experience, specifically as it relates to Pre-Employment Investigations (PEI)
- ) Strong customer service, problem solving, and technology skills
- ) Broadband internet access at home with experience using web-based tools and websites to complete actions or troubleshoot issues
- ) Computer literate; current on new technology such as MS 365 and Microsoft Teams
- ) Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ) Effective listening, reading and comprehension skills
- ) Knowledge and previous human resource experience in onboarding, staffing, recruiting, and pre-employment investigations (PEI).
- ) Experience working in an HR Service Center environment.
- ) Demonstrated excellence in organizational and time management skills
- ) Confident phone presence and exceptional customer service skills.
- ) Prior experience using Workday.
- ) Prior experience using Amazon Connect.
- ) Prior experience using ServiceNow.
