Astria Health is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team! This position will be at our Grandview Astria Health Center.

Shift: Monday - Friday. - More information will be provided during the interview.

What you get to do every day!

An LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) provides mental health counseling and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. They assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to support clients in managing mental health conditions, while adhering to ethical and professional standards. LICSWs often work in settings such as hospitals, schools, and private practices, offering support for clients in need of mental health intervention.

• Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients
• Communicate timely and professionally with clients, colleagues, and the client's treatment team
• Acts as a professional resource for colleagues in addressing complex case issues and may provide clinical supervision as required.
• Develops and may facilitate trainings for treatment staff.
• Documents patient progress and ensures the accuracy of medical records.
• Keep patient files accurate and up to date.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
• Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Washington state LICSW licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
