Electrical Estimator

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator II to join our growing team in Santa Teresa, NM. This role is responsible for developing conceptual and detailed electrical construction estimates, managing project budgets, and supporting bid and proposal efforts for commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of electrical estimating experience, strong knowledge of construction costs, and the ability to collaborate with owners, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Candidates should be proficient in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects while contributing to a nationally recognized electrical contractor. Annual Salary up to $160,000.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of commercial electrical estimating experience
- Strong understanding of electrical construction means, methods, and pricing
- Experience preparing conceptual, budgetary, and hard-bid estimates
- Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Experience negotiating subcontractor scopes and pricing
- Proficiency with:
Bluebeam
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Outlook
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
