Responsibilities Position Highlights: Schedule: 7 on / 7 off block schedule - enjoy predictable time off for true work-life balance. Role: Manage adult impatient care, admissions, rounding, discharges, and multidisciplinary coordination. Team: Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and a supportive medical staff in a newly stabilized hospital under Prime Healthcare's resources and commitment to clinical excellence. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility). Strong clinical skills and team-oriented mindset. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
