Lead Requirements Analyst

Position Overview Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Portsmouth, VA; Hybrid Clearance: Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD. Essential Functions Lead and coordinate a team performing requirements development, analysis, management, documentation, and communication activities supporting Coast Guard C5I programs. Collaborate with Government personnel, system engineers, technical leads, and stakeholders to develop, refine, and maintain system requirements and requirements baselines. Develop high-quality requirements, specifications, and supporting documentation in accordance with established engineering and C5ISC standards. Conduct requirements elicitation activities through meetings, interviews, technical discussions, document reviews, and stakeholder engagement. Analyze, organize, validate, and maintain requirements to ensure completeness, consistency, traceability, and compliance with applicable standards. Manage requirements throughout the lifecycle, including baseline development, change control, configuration management, and traceability. Maintain requirements data within Government-approved Requirements Management Systems, including LAUNCH PAD and associated repositories.
