Marketing Account Manager

Tidewell Foundation, and affiliat of Empath Health , is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to serve as the dedicated account lead and primary liaison for the Empath Philanthropy Division and its Foundations, managing stakeholder relationships and coordinating marketing and communications support through our shared services model.

In this role, you will own internal account relationships with organizational leaders and their teams. As their single point of contact, you will gather business objectives, scope project requirements, coordinate resources and ensure your accounts receive effective marketing and communications support that advances Empath Health's mission and brand

Hybrid - reside near one of these areas: Sarasota, Ocala, West Palm, Palm Harbor 

What you'll Do

• Serve as the dedicated account lead and sole point of contact for the Empath Foundations and Philanthropy Division.


• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to a Marketing Account Specialist.


• Oversee workload balance, ensuring that the Account Specialist is effectively aligned to projects and accounts.


• Review and guide the Account Specialists for project scoping, briefs, and stakeholder communications to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to processes.


• Support professional development through feedback, skill-building, and performance insights.

What You'll Need

• Experience designing high-end, original graphics for print, digital and video production, including extensive computer graphics experience


• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, etc. Must also have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• Extensive project management experience, from concept creation through editing and implementation.


• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, visual arts, graphic arts or design or related field and 3 to 5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
