Strategic HR Business Partner — Manufacturing, Milpitas

Flex

Flex is seeking an HR Business Partner in Milpitas, CA. The role will partner with site leaders to develop and deploy strategic HR plans for growth and organizational effectiveness. You will drive workforce planning, training, performance reviews, talent reviews, and compensation planning while collaborating with global teams to implement best practices across sites. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, excellent business acumen, and ability to communicate #J-18808-Ljbffr Flex
