Sr. Network Engineer IIIThe Sr. Network Engineer III provides senior-level engineering support for mission-critical enterprise networks. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable network solutions that support organizational objectives and ensure optimal performance and availability.What you'll do:Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions for federal government customers.Serve as a technical SME, support routing and switching technologies, resolve complex issues, contribute to Agile delivery, and provide innovative solutions that build customer trust and support mission success.What you'll need to succeed:An active Top Secret security clearance.10+ years of experience in network engineering with hands-on responsibility for core enterprise routing and switching infrastructure.Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.Subject matter expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF.Experience with software-defined WAN architectures and implementations.Experience with Peplink products.Proven experience supporting enterprise switching environments, including VLANs, STP, and related Layer 2 technologies.Experience managing and maintaining high-availability, high-performance network backbones in mission-critical environments.Hands-on experience with Cisco ASR, ISR, Catalyst, and Nexus platforms.Explicit experience performing network traffic analysis.Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.Required technical certifications include CCNP EnterpriseSALARY RANGE: $150,000 - $200,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
