Overview Join a client-facing implementation team responsible for onboarding and supporting customers using benefits administration software. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients configure systems, manage benefit plans, conduct testing, deliver training, and ensure successful adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end benefits software implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Gather client requirements related to benefit plans, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and reporting needs.
• Configure benefits administration systems, workflows, carrier integrations, and eligibility rules.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot configuration, data, and system issues during implementation and post-launch.
• Validate benefit data imports, carrier feeds, enrollments, and reporting accuracy.
• Deliver client training and provide ongoing consultative support and best-practice recommendations.
• Monitor client adoption and identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years in one or more of:
• Benefits Administration
• HRIS/HR Technology
• Benefits Technology
• Implementation Consulting
• Account Management
• Client Success or Client-Facing Project Roles
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, testing systems, and resolving issues.
