About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Operations to lead the scaling and optimization of its core operating engine. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building and refining the systems, teams, metrics, and operating cadence necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and scalable operations. This role is pivotal in a fast-growing, operationally complex environment, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling complex, high-volume, and regulated operations. Key responsibilities include owning and driving all aspects of operations, from clinician and patient to payor and internal-facing operations, and using data, process design, automation, and engineering partnerships to achieve significant improvements in throughput, quality, and reliability. Applicants for the SVP, Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in operations, with a strong emphasis on analytical and systems-thinking abilities.
