About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for their CLO Fund Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compliance and reporting deliverables across a significant portfolio of CLOs. This includes overseeing the monthly and quarterly cycle for assigned CLOs, validating various financial metrics, and supporting ad hoc investor and portfolio management requests. The role also involves applying indenture provisions, delivering compliance requirements for lifecycle events, and serving as the primary point of review and escalation for the assigned vehicles. The candidate will be expected to provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to junior team members, ensuring a high level of accuracy and control discipline in a deadline-driven environment. Applicants for this role at the company should have a strong background in CLO fund compliance and structured credit fund reporting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with relevant data platforms are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring junior team members and reinforcing a culture of accountability and ownership.
