The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for a US Treasury Business Manager role within the Capital Markets and Prime Brokerage division. This senior position is pivotal, serving as the direct deputy to the US Treasurer and encompassing a wide range of responsibilities, including cash forecasting, liquidity stress testing, funding strategy, regulatory compliance, and new business integration. The ideal candidate will be deeply knowledgeable in products related to equity clearing, prime brokerage, and secured funding, and must be commercially minded with the confidence to challenge business assumptions. The role demands a professional who can partner effectively with front office, finance, risk, and compliance functions, and who is ready to take on a strategic, influential, and ownership role in a dynamic, high-level Treasury function. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President include supporting the development and execution of US Treasury strategy, enhancing daily Treasury processes and reports, collaborating with risk management and front office businesses, staying abreast of regulatory requirements, leading the Business and Control Approval Committee process, driving collateral optimization initiatives, and assisting with the maintenance of key Treasury policies. The successful candidate will also be involved in automation and process improvement projects, as well as supporting funding and liquidity integration activities related to M&A transactions and new business platform acquisitions.
