About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Legal and Compliance division, specifically within the Litigation and Investigations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of litigation, regulatory enforcement, and investigation matters from start to finish. This includes overseeing outside counsel, advising internal clients on strategic approaches to disputes and regulatory issues, and managing various stakeholders. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in litigation and investigation processes, with a focus on knowledge management, reporting, and the use of technology. Applicants for this role at the company should have a J.D. and ideally 8+ years of experience in a leading U.S. law firm or in-house department, with a focus on litigation and investigations. The position requires a highly collaborative individual who can work closely with investment and corporate professionals.
