Licensed Practical NurseProvides direct nursing care to patients as well as indirect care under the supervision of and as delegated by a Registered Nurse.Minimum QualificationsWork ExperiencePrevious healthcare experience preferred.EducationCompletion of Licensed Practical Nurse program required.Certifications/LicensureCurrently licensed as an LPN in the state of Kentucky required.Job Specific Performance StandardsThe duties listed below are a summary of the major essential functions of this position.
