Job SummaryA Senior Technical Project Manager at Ultra PRO is responsible for leading and coordinating complex technology initiatives that support business operations, enterprise systems, and strategic objectives across the organization. This role works closely with the Sr. Director of IT to ensure projects, resources, and priorities are effectively managed while delegating tasks and driving accountability among internal team members, vendors, and stakeholders. The Senior Technical Project Manager combines strong leadership skills with deep technical knowledge of business applications, system administration, software platforms, integrations, and infrastructure to keep teams organized, projects on schedule, and technology solutions aligned with business needs.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Sr. Director of IT to oversee and assist in the departmental planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.Route and delegate project tasks to team members, consultants, and vendors while monitoring progress, removing obstacles, and ensuring accountability.Assist as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to translate operational requirements into effective technology solutions.Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, risk assessments, and executive communications to ensure transparency and alignment.Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, security, automation, and operational efficiency across the department and greater organization.Competencies / Personal CharacteristicsStrong team management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.Technical aptitude and the ability to understand, evaluate, and communicate complex system architectures, software platforms, and business processes into actionable tasks.Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Demonstrates ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.Education/Experience Requisites5+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise technology projects, IT operations, or business systems initiatives, including leadership of technical teams.2+ years of management, supervisory, or senior leadership experience directing teams, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations, software integrations, infrastructure projects, or digital transformation initiatives within a complex business environment.About usUltra PRO is the leading brand of memorabilia collecting and tabletop gaming accessories, and photo and scrapbooking albums and pages.
