Your Responsibilities

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, orchestrating diagnostic tests, and tailoring individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, either independently or in collaboration with fellow physicians
• Educating patients and families about health promotion, prevention strategies, and disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your scope of practice

Education Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
