Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Solution Key Account Manager to join its North America Field Sales team and support the Club Vertical , which partners with fitness clubs and boutique fitness studios.

This is an outside B2B sales role serving the greater Los Angeles, CA area, with a strong focus on both new business development and account management .

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and growing the company's network of fitness industry partners by owning the full sales cycle, developing relationships with current and prospective customers, and consistently tracking sales and performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing partners daily to build and nurture relationships.
• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, with travel expected more than 50% of the time .
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through closing, with a strong focus on in-person meetings and thoughtful follow-up.
• Provide a high level of customer service and support to current and prospective partners.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Generate leads, profile prospective customers, plan sales activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Monitor market conditions and provide feedback on industry and segment trends.
• Maintain and expand existing relationships while continuously identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Track sales activity and performance metrics to support territory growth and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outbound field sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong B2B sales experience.
• Industry knowledge and/or an established professional network within the fitness, wellness, or related vertical.
• Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and complex sales opportunities.
• Experience with consultative, solution-based selling.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI .
• Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Los Angeles, CA with the ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the broader assigned territory.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to visit 5+ current or prospective clients per day .
