General Cardiologist

Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified General Cardiologist to join a top-notch, highly skilled team of fourteen cardiologists and three cardiothoracic surgeons at the Providence Heart Institute.

This position will be located at the Southgate Health Center in Missoula. St. Patrick Hospital is a 253-bed Level II trauma center that has received the Premier Award for quality for Acute Myocardial Infarction as well as the Gold Seal of Approval for Stroke Centers. Ideal candidate will be motivated, compassionate and have an excellent background in both training and clinical experience. Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment plans available. • Formal training and expertise in echocardiography required
• Responsibilities will include reading echo
• Outpatient role
• Desirable 4/10-hour shifts weekday schedule
• Weekend call rotation 1:7
• Full APC support on weekends
• Minimal call burden with essentially telephone call only after hours
• Clinic 12 to 16 patients daily
• Opportunity for specialty clinics if interested, ie. Cardio-oncology, women's cardiology, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
