About The Role We're hiring a strategic finance leader. Tribe is growing roughly 4x year over year and is profitable — and we need the person who turns that momentum into a rigorously planned, metrics-driven business. You'll report directly to our CEO and operate as an extension of her: building the company financial model, establishing the planning and metrics cadence the leadership team runs on, and serving as the analytical lead for the whole company. This is a hands on keyboard role from day one. Key Responsibilities Build and own the company financial model and forecast. Establish the core metrics, reporting cadence, and planning rigor the business runs on. Serve as the company's analytical lead: resource allocation, strategy, and execution planning across every function. Tell the Tribe story in numbers to investors, partners, and stakeholders. Extend into operational and go-to-market strategy — capacity planning, pricing, unit economics — work that today sits with our GTM lead and belongs in this seat. About You Strong financial foundation: experience in banking, private equity, or growth-stage VC, and you know your way around a financial model. Experience in biz ops or strategic finance at a high-growth startup (Series B and beyond) and know what hypergrowth feels like from the inside. More than FP&A: you don't just run the model — you orient the cadence of the entire business around it and drive decisions with it. Hands-on and high-leverage: you do the work yourself and don't need headcount before you can be effective. Energized by ambiguity: nothing here is settled, everything is a puzzle, and you find that exciting rather than stressful.
