As a Strategic Projects Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our top AI Lab customers, managing a team of skilled domain experts to train frontier AI models with a specific focus on the finance sector. Your role is pivotal in ensuring data integrity, scalability, and quality while overseeing the design and execution of workflows that manage large-scale data pipelines. Key Responsibilities
- Own projects from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction for top AI Lab clients.
- Manage complex, finance-specific data pipelines to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead teams of Human Data Managers and subject-matter experts in Finance, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
- Communicate directly with top AI Labs on significant, high-impact projects.
- Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define, track, and optimize key performance indicators across finance-driven workflows.
- Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects, data performance, and operational impact.
- Report directly to the CEO and Head of Human Data.
- Exceptional soft skills and stakeholder management abilities, particularly when engaging with senior finance domain experts.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends, in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong startup and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Background in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, or significant exposure to financial systems and data.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role focused on operational processes, managing large-scale or finance-heavy data projects, or optimizing complex workflows.
- Passion for building from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies, and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments.
Full-time position, fully remote.
CompensationAnnual compensation ranges from $400, 000 to $550, 000.
EligibilityThis role is being hired across multiple regions to meet coverage needs, compliance requirements, and time-zone alignment. Responsibilities and expectations are consistent; however, employment terms may vary by region.
