Attorney – Commercial Litigation (Real Estate) Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + Bonus
A highly respected Houston-based law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate with experience in real estate disputes to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value matters in a collaborative and stable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial litigation matters with a focus on real estate disputes
- Handle cases through all phases, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
- Develop case strategy and work directly with clients
- Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience with real estate litigation preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Licensed and in good standing in Texas
Compensation & Benefits
- $200K – $250K base salary (DOE) + performance bonus
