Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Product Manager (BA/PM) to lead product strategy, requirements gathering, and delivery initiatives for SMT / Vendor 360 platforms. The ideal candidate will drive the development of GenAI-enabled intake processes, workflow automation, and vendor insights capabilities while partnering with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and solution delivery for SMT / Vendor 360. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications. Drive the implementation of GenAI-powered solutions, including intelligent intake, workflow optimization, and vendor analytics capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and data teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful end-to-end product delivery. Identify opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI technologies to improve business processes and user experiences. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related roles. Hands‑on experience delivering AI, GenAI, or data‑driven technology solutions. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and practical AI use cases. Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions. Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Additional Information Non‑local candidates will be considered; however, relocation to Charlotte, NC will be required upon confirmation.
