About this position We are seeking a friendly, public face and key representative of the management office for all current and prospective residents. The role involves presenting and leasing properties to prospective tenants, turning them into actual tenants, and achieving high occupancy rates. Responsibilities Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service Meet with future residents and conduct tours of the units Conduct daily follow‑up with prospective tenants Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments Qualifications High School diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent Working knowledge of property management software, Onesite Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance; opportunities for life insurance; 401(k) with employer matching. Promotion from within is supported. Pre‑employment screening includes drug testing and background checks.
