Position: Project Leasing Agent We are looking for a Project Leasing Agent to lease a diverse cutting edge portfolio spanning the Dallas Design District, and North Oak Cliff. This isn’t a “sit behind a desk” role—it’s a “get out into the neighborhood and make deals happen” career move. The Mission You will be rapidly integrated into our mixed‑use, retail, office and office/showroom portfolio. From sourcing new deals and negotiating complex leases to coordinating tenant improvements, you will drive the “speed to lease” that keeps our urban redevelopments thriving. What You’ll Do Be the Liaison: Bridge the gap between Landlord and Tenant to close high-impact new leases. Strategize: Develop cost‑effective marketing strategies that generate traffic and maximize occupancy. Hunt & Gather: Proactively market vacancies through industry relationships, cold calling, and site tours. Analyze: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor pricing to deliver a superior product to our tenant partners. Required Qualifications Commercial Real Estate Experience 1‑2 years minimum. Who You Are A CRE professional with a “hunter” mentality, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for the Dallas urban landscape.
