The Opportunity

We are looking for a self‑driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves selling and purchasing residential real estate and managing property leases for a portfolio of over 3,000 properties.

Commission‑Based Compensation

Investment property transactions
Tenant/Homebuyer conversions
Lease listings

1099 Commission‑Based Opportunity with Uncapped Earning Potential

Average Annual Earning Potential: $100,000 – $400,000+

What You’ll Do

Build, grow, and maintain client relationships
Self‑motivated and able to work independently with high autonomy
Ensure the property portfolio is rented to full capacity
Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property
Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
Maintain current resident files properly
Make 20+ phone calls per day
Work weekends as required

What Qualifies You

Texas real estate license required
Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS
