What We’re Seeking:

• Current Occupational Therapy license; those eligible for Michigan licensure considered with plan for timely acquisition
• Previous experience working in a K-12 or school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of students across various grade levels
• Commitment to student-centered planning and inclusive practices

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to state and district compliance standards
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations
• Support and empower students to develop fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills essential to their educational success
