What You'll Love About This Role

As a Barista Keyholder , you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You'll help set the tone for each shiftopening and closing the caf, supporting your teammates, and ensuring our guests feel genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.

What You'll Do

• Create warm, friendly, and memorable guest experiences
• Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with care and consistency
• Lead by example during shifts and support team members
• Open and close the caf, including cash handling and security
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment

What We're Looking For

• A positive, dependable team player who enjoys serving others
• Someone who takes ownership and leads with integrity
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Coffee or customer service experience is helpful, but not requiredwe're happy to train the right person
