State Farm has always been a big part of my life - my dad is a State Farm agent, I interned with State Farm Corporate, and later worked for another agent before opening my own agency. I attended Western Michigan University, played hockey, and still enjoy following the sport. Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible with my family and kids. Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rick Weissenhofer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
