W2 & Hybrid Contract - Financial Planning and Analysis Sr Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis Sr Analyst W2 & Hybrid Contract – 6 month contract, no extension or conversion possible. Must work on W2/Payroll. 2‑3 days Work from Office required. Locations: Dallas Fort‑Worth, TX and Redwood City, CA. Responsibilities Forecasting: Prepare guidance, templates, analysis, and presentation to enable the budget and forecast process. Reporting: Prepare regular executive and operational reports and analysis for financial and non‑financial KPIs. Support monthly and quarterly management reports, decks, regional performance reviews, forecast presentations and budget presentations with financial information, key metrics and variance analysis. Business Partnering: Develop relationships with leaders across the business (cross‑functionally) to understand needs and deliver on those needs. Financial Analysis: Solve complex problems and approach existing solutions from new perspectives with judgment based on financial analysis of multiple sources. Control/Compliance: Review completeness and accuracy of data, ensure it falls within pre‑determined or approved limits, and assist with SOX compliance. Qualifications 3+ years experience in finance or related field. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. Master's degree (MBA) preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Hyperion or SAP (ERP tool) and budgeting and forecasting. Nice to have: Oracle.
