Junior Optimization Advisor

Our client is seeking a Junior Optimization Advisor to support digital optimization and experimentation initiatives. This role plays a key part in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests that enhance digital member experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital testing initiatives from concept through deployment and analysis.
• Support the creation of testing artifacts, documentation, and reporting materials.
• Partner with business stakeholders and team members to understand testing objectives and requirements.
• Help analyze test performance, interpret data, and summarize insights for internal stakeholders.
• Utilize digital testing tools to set up, monitor, and document experiments.

Required Skills

• Foundational experience or exposure to digital testing, experimentation, or optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Role is onsite in San Antonio 4-5 days a week and candidates must reside in San Antonio. Relocation is not offered.
