Legal Assistant — Plaintiff's Employment Litigation
Full-Time | Hybrid
Well-established California plaintiff's class action law firm seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Legal Assistant to support attorneys with day-to-day case management and litigation tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in employment law
Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience, including calendaring and e-filing
Proficiency with Clio or similar legal practice management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent work ethic, professionalism, and sound judgment
Skilled in analyzing legal issues and conducting legal research
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Bilingual in English/Spanish
