Position: Technical Recruiter Location: XSI Corporate Offices, Atlanta Employment type: Full-Time Job Description Job Title: Technical Recruiter Work location: Xtreme Solutions Inc. 2859 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339 Remote working 2 days per week if authorized. Report to: Company Chief Operating Officer Classification: Exempt | Salary: $60,000–$70,000. As a Technical Recruiter, you will lead recruitment efforts to identify uniquely accomplished individuals to guide us forward. You will be responsible for building strategies to engage and build relationships with world class talent within the information technology communities. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike. Responsibilities Source and find candidates qualified for Information Technology for multiple government and commercial customers. Effectively and efficiently screen candidates for basic qualifications. Educate and engage candidates about the company's mission and journey in a compelling way. Drive candidates through the hiring process, ensuring the best experience at all times. Work closely with hiring managers to understand feedback, iterate on the role requirements, and evolve your sourcing and hiring strategy as needed. Manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fasten and professionalize our hiring processes. Track and report on recruiting KPIs. Position Requirements Required Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree (Preferred). Three (3) + years of full-cycle recruiting experience for an innovative and scaling organization. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals in a highly competitive market. Consultative communication skills while working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization. A positive and team-oriented approach to your work. Physical Demands/Work Environment Lifting, bending, stretching and walking as needed. Heavy use of computers and related equipment, and telephones. Ability to lift at least 30 lbs infrequently.
