Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in Missouri
• Experience in a school setting, ideally at the elementary level
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student development
• Ability to quickly build rapport with both students and staff
• Familiarity with IEP goals and documentation processes

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary school students under a supervising SLP’s guidance
• Implement individualized education plan (IEP) activities and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote language and communication goals within classrooms
• Maintain organized, confidential records and timely documentation
• Adapt activities as needed to meet the diverse needs of the caseload
• Ensure compliance with district and credentialing requirements, including timely fingerprinting and completion of all necessary forms
