Commercial Cleaner Position

Start Date:  ASAP
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $30 per hour
Schedule:  Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, two Saturdays per month required | Long Term
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week (full-time), or part-time by arrangement

Overview / About the Family:  A high-profile family is seeking a Commercial Cleaner for their commercial/office space. This role can be full-time or part-time. The family has a separate maintenance team that handles repairs and general property upkeep, so this role is focused purely on cleanliness and upkeep, though someone observant who flags issues as they notice them is a plus. The family is open to adjusting the title for the right candidate with strong commercial cleaning experience, even if it's not strictly janitorial.

Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and upkeep of the commercial/office space
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment
• Noticing and flagging maintenance issues (repairs handled by a separate maintenance team)
• Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Commercial cleaning experience required (janitorial background welcome but not required)
• Reliable, observant, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to provide professional references
• NDA will be signed as a condition of employment
