This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers. Responsibilities Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process Assess foreign military C4 and ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities using all-source methods Analyze foreign exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, doctrine, readiness, integration, and compatibility issues Analyze C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, architecture, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, and denial and deception tactics Analyze signals and emitters using ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques Assess foreign early warning capabilities to detect and react to U.S. maritime, ground, and air activity, including temporal analysis Monitor C4ISR acquisition and modernization trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT and assess impacts on U.S. operations Conduct all-source production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea, and naval infantry C4ISR capabilities Streamline Defense is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business supporting defense and intelligence customers. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI security clearance Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign C4ISR systems, networks, sensors, or early warning capabilities 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years Bachelor's degree in a related field Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC Desired Qualifications ELINT or SIGINT analytic background Experience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs) #J-18808-Ljbffr Streamline Defense
