Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Account Coordiantor to join our team in Cedar Falls, IA. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating our staffing needs, while partnering with our clients to ensure we have the right talent in place. What you get to do:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to fulfill those needs.
Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Conduct thorough background checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
Coordinate the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using our applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Build and maintain relationships with external hiring companies and other talent sources.
Provide timely updates and assistance to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

What we’d like you to bring to the table:

Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination is a plus, but not required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
