Fortune client base across Kroger and Kroger's digitaland marketingecosystem, including Kroger.com and retailer media platforms.Fully remote but if local to Chicago, IL will observe a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office)Salary: $75,000 - $85,000, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.Minimal overnight travel required - less than 10%At C.A.we'renot looking for perfection, just people that want to commit to us and grow their careers long-term. FortunePartner with internal C.A. Fortune teams to develop organizational expertise for Kroger and Kroger's omnichannel ecosystemProvide insights into key metrics and performance trends across Kroger's in-store and digital businessSupport planning and execution of marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts across Kroger platformsCreate operating standards for managing client businesses both online and in-store within KrogerAct as a 360 Account Manager for C.A. Fortune client base across Kroger and Kroger.comDevelop and execute plans to drive ROI through performance-based and brand-building strategiesRepresent client intereststoKroger, 84.51°, and Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM)Analyze and report on client business results tied to Kroger digital initiatives and retail media programsShare overall understanding of Kroger's omnichannel ecosystem, including Pickup & Delivery, loyalty, and retail mediaSupportnew itemsetup, pricing, digital shelf optimization, SEO, content syndication, and digital advertising initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, insights, and media teams to support joint business planning and retailer growth strategiesWhat You Should Bring to the TableStrong knowledge of the consumer products industry (specifically food products)4-year bachelor's degree, and/or similar industry experienceProficient with all necessary computer-based programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Understanding of Kroger systems and platforms including Kroger Precision Marketing (KPM), Kroger Ad Platform (KAP),Prism,Stratum, Market6, and Kroger's broader digital ecosystemFamiliarity with omnichannel retail strategies including Pickup & Delivery, loyalty marketing, and retail mediaYou Will Stand Out if You HavePreviousKroger (in-store or digital) experienceFamiliarity with Kroger systems includingPrism,Stratum, KPM, KAP, or 84.51° toolsAccount management experience directly supporting KrogerExperience managing retailer media campaigns or omnichannel marketing initiatives within grocery retailPTO and sick days11 paid company holidays per year1 floating holiday3 months fully paid parental leave (regardless of gender)Medical, dental, and visionPaid company life insurance401k with company matchSummer hours (half day Fridays from Memorial Day thru Labor Day)Work from home flexibilityCome As You AreC.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
