Compensation: $45,000 to $60,000+ annually based on experience ($21-$29/hr) + performance bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on Asian and domestic vehicles
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Follow digital vehicle inspection (DVI) processes
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Contribute to a smooth and productive shop workflow
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and maintenance skill set
- ASE certifications preferred (reimbursement available)
- Ability to stay efficient and productive throughout the day
- Comfortable using digital systems and inspections
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
