Contact Center Scheduler:On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Contact Center Scheduler for an intermediate role. This 6-month contract position is an onsite position at our client’s Bellaire, Texas 77401 office.Contact Center Scheduler - Job Description:The Contact Center Scheduler will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts, ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This role involves accurately documenting interactions, following up on unresolved queries, and providing solutions to customer issues. The scheduler will work within a team-oriented environment to meet targets and maintain high-quality standards.Contact Center Scheduler - Responsibilities:• Answer inbound or make outbound calls to customers regarding their accounts.• Accurately document all calls using appropriate systems.• Follow up on unresolved queries and complete call-back requests.• Provide advice, information, and solutions to customers.• Maintain and update knowledge of new procedures.• Work to achieve targets within a team environment.• Adhere to quality scripts and maintain high-quality scores.• Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.• Represent the organization positively and professionally.• Attend monthly and departmental meetings.• Comply with HIPAA/PHI security requirements.• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.Contact Center Scheduler - Mandatory Skills:• Knowledge of performance expectations in a contact center.• Understanding of patient privacy requirements for PHI.• Basic knowledge of best practice standards for customer service.• Ability to use a personal computer and electronic medical record software.• Good verbal and written communication skills.• Self-initiated work behaviors.• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Contact Center Scheduler – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Experience in medical scheduling and patient registration.• Understanding of employee engagement in a contact center.• Ability to listen and record accurate information.• Professional demeanor and appearance.• Flexibility in working hours.Contact Center Scheduler – Assignment Length:This is a 6-month contract position.Contact Center Scheduler - Start Date:ASAP.Contact Center Scheduler - Assignment Location:Bellaire, Texas, 77401 United States.
