Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Contract Analyst to join their team. As a Contract Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting commercial management of supply chain contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Houston, TX

What's the Job?

• Support the post award commercial management of Supply Chain Contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Create and track vendor master tickets and supplier registration requests in Ariba for new suppliers and change requests.
• Provide current Contract or Approved Legal Form to the Commercial Strategy Lead.
• Ensure all contract documents are uploaded accurately and correctly to the relevant contract record.
• Create and manage system price books to enable electronic billing and payment within SAP and Ariba.

What's Needed?

• Experience with SAP and Excel is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to support contract disputes and supplier inquiries effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to run and interpret internal reports on supplier and contract spend.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
