Store Operations & Customer Experience Leader

Rack Room Shoes in Kernersville, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring policy compliance and a strong customer experience. You will provide leadership and training to staff and, in the Store Manager's absence, assume full responsibility for store operations.
