The Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement - Facility leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that simplify processes, strengthen governance, and drive measurable operational improvements at scale. What You’ll DoDrive execution of multiple business plans and projects for our supply chain network by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, measuring performance, and adapting plans to deliver results.Lead end-to-end project management efforts by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance while managing risks, dependencies, and critical issues.Manage content management initiatives by prioritizing requests and designing, developing, automating, and maintaining tools, templates, and resources that support consistent digital communications.Analyze data and existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities, develop scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and sustainable adoption.Lead behavior change and process improvement programs by establishing operational strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing post-implementation issues.Provide supervision and development for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail operations, continuous improvement, project management, or a related area.Bring strong expertise in leading complex, multi-project initiatives with measurable business impact.Are skilled at process improvement, change management, and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.Have experience managing content, tools, or digital platforms with a focus on governance, quality, and usability.Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including coaching, performance development, and building high-performing teams.Engineering degree and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is highly recommended.
