Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) with a patient ratio of 1:5. Must work every other weekend and may need to float within scope to meet facility needs. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and be proficient in utilizing Epic for charting and patient management. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and manage telemetry equipment. Provide patient education and support to patients and families. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele nursing experience. Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. NIHSS certification preferred.
